How do I make a purchase?
Making a purchase at Al Imsal is simple and secure:
- Browse our catalog and select your preferred fragrance.
- Choose the desired size or variant (if applicable).
- Click Add to Cart.
- Once you’re ready, click the Cart icon and proceed to Checkout.
- Enter your shipping details and select your payment method.
- Confirm your order to complete the purchase.
After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once you place an order with Al Imsal, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout. This email includes your order number, purchase details, and billing information.
If you do not receive the confirmation email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s still not there, feel free to contact us and our support team will be happy to assist you.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to update the shipping address. Please contact Al Imsal customer support as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. In such cases, please contact the courier directly for further assistance.

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, Al Imsal ships within Pakistan and South Africa only. We are actively working on expanding our delivery network and plan to offer shipping to more countries soon.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed with Al Imsal are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service, especially during peak periods or public holidays.
What is your return policy?
At Al Imsal, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your product.
Return Guidelines:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support with your order number and reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved and the item is received, we will process a refund or exchange as per your preference.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.
How long will it take until I receive my order?
Delivery times depend on your location:
- Within Pakistan: Typically 3–7 business days
- Within South Africa: Typically 7–14 business days
